Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS

We want you to shop with confidence and will gladly take back your order within 21 days of your order ship date with the original form of payment credited.

If the return is postmarked after 21 days of your order ship date, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

To initiate your return, please email us at returns@shopsaltco.co along with your order number.

All returned items must be returned with its packing slip, order number & its original packaging.  Items must be in its original condition - new, unworn & unwashed with no visible signs of wear or staining.

Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Third party Poshmark & eBay orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pop up event sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

You are responsible for the return shipping of your unwanted items. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking services.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not follow our policy guidelines.

 

EXCHANGES

To perform an exchange, simply place a new order and perform a return.  Email returns@shopsaltco.co within 21 days of your order ship date.

Items returned for exchange must follow our returns guidelines.
